I cannot praise the team here enough. They really do all they can to keep your furry friends comfortable and loved throughout their visit and stay. Everyone is so friendly & compassionate. They always greet your pets with fuss and if lucky, a little treat on arrival too. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I chose to go to Thameswood after a poor experience elsewhere and what a difference! I was made to feel welcome and that my pet was the most important, which she is too me. They are informative, helpful and full of advice. Nothing is ever too much trouble. This welcome comes from the frontline reception to the nurses and vets. They gave me all the support I needed about care, treatment and the ongoing plan. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you all at Thameswood!

Tucker has been under Greenbridge since I got him. The vets, nurses and reception staff have been amazing with him (we are there at least twice a week!). He is always happy when he is there and everyone is so friendly and lovely. It was the best decision I made choosing these guys as his vets.

I can’t rate these kind, professional and caring people enough. My German Shepherd, Pippa, is always treated incredibly well and pretty much spoilt rotten; she's made a huge fuss of when she has to visit. I also appreciate the phone calls, often late in the day, when we have been waiting for results of tests. Thank you. Guys, you really are all amazing vets, nurses and reception ladies!
