Request your repeat prescription

If your pet has been seen in a consultation and is registered at Thameswood Veterinary Clinics, we can issue repeat prescriptions for most drugs.

Please fill in the fields below, and we will text you when your prescription is ready for collection.

Please plan in advance and allow up to 5 days for your prescription to be filled. We will then have items available for you to collect at any time during our opening hours. All prescriptions must be paid for at the time of collection and we will text you when the item is ready for collection.

If the item requested is not suitable as a repeat item, if your pet has not been seen by us, if your pet needs to be re-examined before the request can be allowed or if the item is unavailable from the manufacturer; we will contact you to make further arrangements.
