Screening for Von Willebrand's Disease, only £190
We recently introduced a new policy for Doberman Pinschers undergoing surgery with us, to identify those dogs carrying a genetic clotting disorder called Von Willebrand’s Disease [vWD]. This disease increases their risk of developing clotting problems called coagulopathies, which in turn, increases the risk of serious surgical complications.
It is therefore best practice for all Doberman Pinschers to be routinely tested when they register with our clinic.
From July to September, we are offering this screening at a discounted price of £190! (At present, testing in a specialised lab is around £235, with results in 3-4 weeks).
To book a blood test, please contact your nearest clinic and make an appointment with the nurse.
